Ive been pretty much helping out everyone in the crew with money. I dont mind it but its starting to run thin due to the increase in membership. I will tell you guys how i come up with all this cash soo you guys can work on it too. First its important that you fill your cells with amenities first. Do the daily voting links to earn favors and in turn buy amens. keep doing this and when you fill your cell keep collecting free favors. when you need cash sell the extra amenities you have accrued. the lowest i would sell any amen for is 3 mil. some of course you can get more for.

Alright this has been thrown around and i think its a possibility now that we have more members. I propose a vote on a change in recruiting rules. No more Jersey members san quentin and up. anything lower than 5 can be a prospect but not a member until level 5 is reached. Let me here your votes.

Alright I am going to make a change to our rules. Also I will make a the final decision on votes we have on here if they are not voted on with in 48 hours. Next item we have.... nominating a member to fill our leadership spots. doesnt have to be the highest levels but can be a member who actually gives input on the way we should run.

I'm not sure I agree with this. If Jersey members are active, then they could prove useful in hitting runners for rival gangs. If you're worried about wasting money on these lower level members than don't send money to them, but I don't see any reason why they shouldn't be allowed to join as long as they're climbing the ranks. So I say that we allow certain exceptions for that rule.

The main reason for level 5 is that i have found the majority of people who have made it that far are atleast going to keep playing the game for the most part. i recruited too many people who just started and then they just quit playing. Just wastes my time dealing/keeping track of people who quit after a couple days of playing. We could do prospects. they still have to do things we ask of them but dont really get alot of help from us until they are full members at level 5. Let me know how you feel about that.

I would like to start splitting members up among the leaders. those leaders are somewhat of a supervisor or whatever you want to call it. help them out with with whatever they need. if you cant handle theyre problems then you come to me directly. president will take care of leaders for now. its going to be wierd for now until we get more members and those leaders start to spread out but should go something like this. VP takes care of az members, Sgt at arms putnam, etc. and those leaders can designate our strongest members in those prisons to take care of rival problems or whatever. (you dont have to be in that prison to lead that prison so to say). once we have some of the newer guys stepping up we will rearrange the leadership. get rid of inactive/inadequate leaders and replace with people more useful. just some shit im thinking right now hit me with the feedback.
